Bank will be closed these days
One May is today’s Labor Day, so all the banks are closed today.
After one May, banks will be closed for three consecutive days on May 5, May 6 and May 7. This is because the 5th of May is Sunday and every Sunday, the bank will be closed on this day. The next day i.e. on May 6, the states where elections are held will remain closed in those states. After this, banks will be closed in Karnataka on May 7, on the occasion of Basava Jayanti.
On May 9, the banks will be closed in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Tripura, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal on the occasion of Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti.
After this, on the 11th and the 12th of the month, the Dussehra is Saturday and Sunday so the banks will also be closed on 11th and 12th.
The bank is closed on 16 May for the Study Day.
On 18th and 19th, respectively, Buddha is Purnima and Sundays, hence the banks will be closed on these days.
Similarly, on the 25th and the 26th of the month, the fourth Saturday and Sunday of the month, therefore the banks are also closed on 25 and 26.
